Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AEM UI Developer to join our digital experience team in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5, modern UI technologies, and accessibility standards. You will work closely with UX, design, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and accessible digital experiences aligned with refreshed brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain AEM UI components aligned with refreshed brand and design standards.
  • Ensure all UI components meet WCAG 2.1+ AA accessibility compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and developers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
  • Optimize AEM components for performance, scalability, and reusability.
  • Work with Experience Fragments and Content Fragments to support omnichannel delivery.
  • Support integration, deployment, and environment promotion across AEM environments.
  • Maintain high code quality, documentation, and best practices within AEM architecture.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 architecture and component development.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern UI development practices.
  • Experience building responsive and accessible UI components.
  • Solid knowledge of Experience Fragments and Content Fragments.
  • Familiarity with AEM templates, workflows, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+ AA).
