Location: Raleigh, NC 27607

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive the development and implementation of eligibility systems, with a focus on Medicaid-related solutions. You will lead requirements gathering, mapping to standard features, assist with testing and UAT, and collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure user-centric, compliant solutions throughout the SDLC using Agile methodologies.

5 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead fit/gap analysis and JAD sessions; map requirements to standard features and functions
  • Analyze complex business processes; craft functional and technical design specs, process flows, and documentation
  • Support testing activities: design test scenarios, participate in UAT, manage defect tracking, and ensure quality
  • Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from requirements to implementation
  • Coordinate training needs and user readiness; provide production support and post-implementation enhancements
