DesignNRank is seeking a professional, customer-focused Chat Agent to provide timely and effective assistance to customers through live chat and other digital communication channels. The Chat Agent will serve as an important point of contact between customers and the company, helping resolve questions, provide accurate information, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate matters when additional assistance is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customers through live chat and digital communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, accounts, and general inquiries.
