What Youll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? Youll work to resolve the customers issues before escalating to the next level. Whether its getting answers for customers quickly, support in marketing the client products through brand welcome calls or annual service reminder calls, youll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Communicate resolution/information to customers in a confident and knowledgeable manner
  • Ensure all Customer records are maintained with current information and accurate details relating to concerns raised;
  • Lead the resolution of Customer complaints, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively prioritize Customer concerns, actively escalating for assistance where required under defined company process
  • Advocate for the Customer to promote brand loyalty;
  • Investigate and recommend levels of financial assistance for customer claims
  • Asist in special projects and participate in any other duties as requested

What You Bring to the Role

  • High school certificate
  • 2 years of work experience in a customer service role
  • Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer savvy
