Agricultural Field Technician

| Full-Time | Entry-Level
Travel: Up to 75%

Are you ready to work in a hands-on, physically active role with strong growth potential? We are seeking Entry-Level Industrial Technicians to join our team and support silo/bin cleaning and material transfer operations across the agriculture, railroad, and grain processing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform silo/bin cleaning from side or top entry using vac systems and specialized tools.
  • Assist in material transfers using industrial vacuum systems.
  • Scrape, clean, and move materials in confined spaces.
  • Operate hand/power tools, pressure washers, and small equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and confined space entry procedures.
  • Report job findings to supervisors and work independently or as part of a crew.
  • Maintain and properly use PPE and company equipment.
  • May occasionally respond to hazardous material incidents or emergency cleanups.

Work Environment & Conditions:

  • Outdoor, all-weather environments
  • Confined space entry, sometimes at heights or underground
  • Use of full PPE including respirators, hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots
  • Regular physical labor in challenging terrains and conditions

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license
  • CDL Class A or B required
  • Experience in construction, farming, landscaping, or similar outdoor labor a plus
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding, dirty, and confined environments
  • Able to travel frequently and work in all weather conditions

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong work ethic and team mentality
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb, kneel, and work in confined spaces
  • Basic mechanical knowledge; can use tools such as grinders, jacks, chains, pulleys
  • Must comply with OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER training (provided by company if needed
