About the Role:
We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Transportation Brokers to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with some transportation brokering experience who are looking to develop their skills and grow within the industry. This role is on-site, and candidates must be local with reliable transportation.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with brokering transportation and logistics solutions for clients.
  • Coordinate shipments, carriers, and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Learn the business and grow your book of clients under mentorship.
  • Support senior brokers as needed and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows.

What We're Looking For:
  • Some prior transportation brokering or logistics experience preferred.
