) The Orchards at Three Rivers is excited to offer Hospitality Aide (Temporary - CNA Pathway Program)
The Hospitality Aide position is a temporary, entry-level role designed for individuals interested in exploring the skilled nursing field while preparing to attend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) school. This hands-on opportunity allows participants to gain valuable exposure to resident care and the long-term care environment while building a foundation for a future healthcare career.
This position pays a training wage of $15 per hour with $1 per hour perfect attendance bonus opportunity as well. Pay scale adjusts after graduation and again after full certification.
Open spots are very limited, previous caregiving experience is preferred.
Requirements:
  • Interest in pursuing a CNA career in a skilled nursing setting
  • Ability to enroll in and attend a state-approved CNA training program
  • Must successfully pass the state CNA exam within 120 days of program completion
  • Willingness to commit to 1 year of employment with the facility after certification
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
