Job description

A company that manufactures safety equipment for high-risk environments is looking to add an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to its team! 

If you have 1+ year of hands-on mechanical, maintenance, machine operation, or manufacturing experience and enjoy troubleshooting and working with tools, we want to talk to you!

They specialize in plastic injection molding and have been in business for over 30 years, creating safety equipment for job sites where safety matters most. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their maintenance career and gain experience working with manufacturing equipment.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering an excellent benefits once converted, and long-term stability with an employer that invests in its employees.

Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical equipment
  • Assist with equipment repairs and adjustments
  • Inspect equipment for worn or damaged parts
  • Use hand and power tools for repairs
  • Assist with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic work
  • Maintain tools and work areas
  • Follow maintenance schedules and safety procedures
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of maintenance, manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn and grow maintenance skills
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who wants to grow into a more advanced maintenance role.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am
  • Schedule may have some flexibility.
Pay: $22-25/hr depending on experience
