Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses a Class-A Driver’s License and is looking to pursue a career in the telecommunications industry. This is an entry-level position that will be centered around both towing heavy loads and becoming skillful in the Field Technician I position within telecommunications. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support for field operations and maintenance, installation, and repair of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The candidate must also be able to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders. Class – A Driver’s License is REQUIRED.


Responsibilities:


Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment and infrastructure in the field

Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment failures

Assist in the design and planning of telecommunications systems

Perform routine inspections and testing of equipment and systems

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Complete service and repair reports in a timely and accurate manner

Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders Perform other related duties as assigned
