What Youโ€™ll Do
As an I/R Technician, youโ€™ll install, repair, and maintain telecommunications equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing residential installations
  • Troubleshooting and repairing fiber equipment
  • Following all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborating with team members to meet service goals
  • Representing the company professionally with customers
  • Working in various weather conditions and at heights
  • Using job management systems to document work

What Youโ€™ll Need
  • Your own truck or van (required)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently to industry standards
  • Flexible availability to meet changing schedules
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working at heights and in indoor/outdoor environments
  • Basic computer proficiency
