The Technical Project Manager is responsible for aligning software solutions with customer requirements while ensuring that stakeholders' concerns are effectively managed. This role requires familiarity with PaaS and distributed architecture, and serves as the managerial focal point between the PaaS provider and external stakeholders, OTECH's software development team, and OTECH's project management team.
