Job description

Entry Level B2B Sales Account Representative – AT&T Business Solutions

Location: Long Beach, CA (Territory-Based) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Nights, No Weekends!) Compensation: Competitive Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions

The Opportunity

Are you looking to break into the lucrative world of B2B Sales? We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Account Representative to join our Long Beach team. You will act as a frontline brand ambassador for AT&T Business Solutions, helping local small-to-mid-sized companies upgrade their infrastructure with world-class Fiber, 5G, and specialized business tech.

We provide full training. You don't need a decade of experience—you just need the drive to learn, the "hustle" to prospect, and the personality to build rapport.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Prospect and contact potential B2B customers throughout the Long Beach territory to generate new accounts.

  • Consultative Selling: Present and sell AT&T products and services to new and existing business owners.

  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by offering tailored technology solutions that drive company revenue.

  • Goal Achievement: Reach agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs by set deadlines.

  • Relationship Management: Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest AT&T developments and service upgrades.

  • Presentation: Create and deliver sales material and demonstrations to business decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus (but we will train the right candidate).

  • Tech Literacy: Familiarity with CRM platforms (like Salesforce) or the ability to learn new software quickly.

  • People Skills: Ability to build instant rapport with diverse business owners and clients.

  • Communication: Strong negotiation skills and a professional demeanor.

  • Mindset: Deadline and detail-oriented with a "hunter" mentality.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Work-Life Balance: A reliable Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm schedule.

  • Financial Growth: Stability of a Base Pay combined with the high-side potential of Uncapped Commissions.

  • Career Path: This is an entry-level pipeline role designed to move you into Senior Account Management or Corporate Sales Leadership.

  • Professional Brand: Represent AT&T, a global leader in telecommunications and business technology.
