A growing healthcare organization in Palm Springs is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
  • Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations
  • Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience or accounting internship experience
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ERP experience is a plus
