Role Overview:
Myant is a leading innovator in the field of textile-based technology, leveraging advanced materials and smart fabrics to enhance human health and wellness. With our cutting-edge developments in wearables, we aim to revolutionize how the world approaches personal care and health monitoring. We are looking for a Partner Success Coordinator, this is an entry-level role that supports the day-to-day success of Myant Health's clinic partners and patients.

Working closely with our Partner Success Managers, Customer Experience team, Operations, and Product teams, you will help ensure clinics receive exceptional service, patients are supported throughout their monitoring journey, and operational processes run smoothly.  Your mandate is to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and continuous improvements are driven across the organization. This role is ideally suited for someone early in their career within healthcare technology, customer success, or medical sales.  You will gain exposure to partner management, healthcare operations, remote patient monitoring, and commercial account support while developing the skills needed for future growth within Myant Health.
This role is designed as an entry point into Myant Health's commercial organization. Successful candidates will gain exposure to healthcare technology, customer success, partner management, and sales operations while working alongside experienced Partner Success Managers.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner Success Support
  • Support Partner Success Managers in delivering exceptional service to clinic partners.
  • Assist with onboarding new clinic accounts and preparing them for launch.
  • Coordinate equipment shipments and inventory for clinic partners.
  • Maintain partner account information and CRM records.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and coordinate timely follow-up.
  • Assist with clinic communications regarding patient monitoring programs.
Operations Coordination
  • Process monitoring orders accurately.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and replenishment.
  • Coordinate replacement devices and accessories.
  • Complete patient study closures.
  • Maintain billing information.
  • Support reporting activities.
Customer Experience Support
  • Work closely with the patient support team to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Help coordinate patient status updates with clinics.
  • Monitor service requests and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Support quality assurance activities.
Business Systems & Technology:
  • Develop proficiency in Myant Health's business systems and technology platforms used to support partner success, patient operations, inventory management, and internal collaboration.
  • Utilize HubSpot to maintain partner records, CRM activities, and sales support information.
  • Manage patient orders and account setup through Shopify.
  • Process requisitions and support inventory management using Plex ERP.
  • Use Zendesk to manage customer support tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Support clinic and patient communications through Dialpad.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Track projects, operational improvements, and software issues using Atlassian Jira.
  • Quickly learn and effectively utilize new technologies and business systems introduced as Myant Health continues to grow.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Gather partner feedback and share insights with Product and Software teams.
  • Escalate operational issues that impact clinics or patients.
  • Support testing and rollout of new operational processes.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures.
  • Help maintain internal process documentation.
  • Support implementation of new workflows.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to clinic partner locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area as required.
  • Regular onsite attendance at our Mississauga office is required to support collaboration with the Sales and Operations teams.
  • Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to reliable transportation will be required

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or university degree in Business, Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Life Sciences, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous customer service, healthcare, administrative, or sales support experience is an asset but not required.
  • Comfortable learning and working with multiple business systems and technology platforms in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in healthcare technology, medical devices, or partner success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with CRM systems is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in a cardiology clinic, medical office, pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setting is considered an asset.
