Entry Level IT Professional
Position Overview

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking an Entry Level IT Professional to support data management, application integrations, business process quality assurance, and technical support activities for one of its clients.

The selected candidate will work alongside client staff to provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot application issues, manage user accounts, assist with software testing, and support infrastructure maintenance. This role is designed for an early-career IT professional with foundational technical skills and interest in application support, quality assurance, data accuracy, and integrated software delivery.

The environment includes enterprise applications and platforms such as Oracle OCI Applications, Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, enQuesta, CityWorks, and related integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a first point of contact for technical support requests from internal and external users.
  • Troubleshoot application-level issues, software errors, and basic system access problems.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions, including account creation, configuration, updates, and maintenance.
  • Assist with application testing, validation, issue tracking, and defect documentation.
  • Support infrastructure maintenance activities under the direction of senior technical staff.
  • Assist with business workflow audits and quality assurance processes.
  • Help ensure systems meet requirements for data security, customer privacy, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support integrated software delivery by documenting user feedback, system issues, and improvement opportunities.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Must be in the third year of a university program or be a recent graduate from an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT support, application support, technical troubleshooting, software testing, help desk support, data support, or a related area.

Work Schedule and Location
