Job description

Role Scope:ย ย 

The IT Support Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Habitat Health's IT infrastructure. This position involves providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, andย maintainingย system security and efficiency. The analyst will work closely with other IT professionals and healthcare staff to support clinical and administrative functions, ensuring that all IT systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations.ย ย 

This is an entry-level to early-career position ideal for candidates withย 1-3 years of IT support experienceย who are looking to grow their careers in enterprise technology support.ย 

This is an onsite role, covering our clinic locations in West Covina and Compton.ย  The analyst will spend 50-75% of the time onsite at these locations and work remote for the remainder.ย ย Some travel may be required outside of the region.ย ย The ability to travel between sites is necessary for employmentย ย ย 

Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Roleย 

End User Supportย 

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.ย 
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and application issues.ย 
  • Respond toย helpย desk tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk-up support requests.ย 
  • Documentย incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the IT ticketing system.ย 
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors whenย appropriate.ย 

Device Deployment & Asset Managementย 

  • Install, configure, andย maintainย Windows-based computers and related hardware.ย 
  • Perform new hire onboarding and employee offboarding activities.ย 
  • Deploy software, security updates, and operating system upgrades.ย 
  • Track andย maintainย inventory of IT assets, including computers, monitors, mobile devices, and accessories.ย 

Microsoft 365 & User Administrationย 

  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.ย 
  • Assistย with user account management, password resets, and access requests.ย 
  • Support conference room technology and audiovisual equipment.ย 
  • Experience with Telephony solutions a plusย 

Infrastructure Supportย 

  • Assistย with basic networking tasks including troubleshooting connectivity issues.ย 
  • Support wireless access points, printers, scanners, and other network-connected devices.ย 
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to resolve technical issues.ย 

Customer Serviceย 

  • Deliverย a high levelย of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.ย 
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.ย 
  • Follow established IT policies, procedures, and security practices.ย 

Required Qualifications:ย ย 

  • Bachelor's degreeย in healthcare,ย technologyย or businessย disciplinesย 
  • One to Threeย Years of experience in the following key areas:ย ย ย ย 
  • Desktopย Hardware Supportย and Deploymentย 
  • Microsoft Domain and Tenant Configuration and Supportย ย 
  • Managing Network Infrastructureย ย 
  • Managing End Point Devicesย ย 
  • Systems Troubleshootingย ย ย 
  • Familiarity other 3rd Party Healthcare IT systemsย ย 
  • Skilled in installation and configuration of Microsoft productsย ย 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.ย

Compensation:ย ย ย 

Theย anticipatedย base salary range for this position isย $84,000 - $98,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus ofย 10%ย and may be eligible forย additionalย incentive compensation, as applicable.ย 

The final compensation offered will beย determinedย based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.ย 

In addition, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance;ย paid parental leave,ย short- and long-termย disability coverage; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) savings planย that includes a match; paid time off; and companyย paid holidays.ย
