Responsibilities
This is an entry-level IT internship or early-career support position ideal for a candidate who is currently completing, or has recently completed, a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional IT environment while assisting the IT team with day-to-day end-user technology needs.
The candidate will help support desktop and office applications, user hardware, software, peripherals, and basic troubleshooting requests. Responsibilities may include assisting with laptop setup, responding to support tickets, helping users both remotely and in person, documenting common issues, and learning standard IT support processes under the guidance of experienced IT staff.
This role is a good fit for someone who is interested in building a broad IT foundation and may have a growing interest in areas such as networking, Linux systems, infrastructure support, or system administration.

  • BS 0-2 Years of experience, or HS 6-8 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications
