About Graff Chevrolet GMC

Graff Chevrolet GMC is a trusted GM dealership serving Michigan City and the surrounding communities. We take pride in delivering a professional, transparent, and customer-first service experience. We’re growing our service department and looking for an Entry-Level Service Advisor who wants to build a long-term career with a respected GM brand.

Prior automotive or dealership experience is helpful, but not required. We provide paid training, GM systems support, and hands-on mentorship to set you up for success.


What You’ll Do
  • Welcome GM customers and assist with vehicle service needs

  • Write and manage repair orders using GM dealership systems

  • Communicate maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally

  • Provide timely service updates and follow-up

  • Work closely with GM-trained technicians to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI standards

  • Learn GM service processes, warranty basics, and dealership procedures
