Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour

Cotton combines this diverse suite of services with top talent, innovative technology, and a large inventory of company-owned assets to offer clients a total solutions package supporting disaster events and large development projects, including complex work environments.
Summary
Cotton Holdings is actively looking for a Contract Administrator for one of its subsidiaries, Stellar Commercial Roofing. This person will be responsible for working with Operations in processing, tracking and communication aspects of the Stellar Restoration Service Agreement throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the Initial set up of Restoration Service Agreements in CRM and MS Teams.
  • Assisting in writing Approvals, Change Orders, and Supplements and sending them out to Customers
  • Converting Opportunities to Projects
  • Coordinating and working with the Production Team to convey key project dates to customers and sales team.
  • Work within the CRM system to ensure project information is stored in detail and in real time, for records and communication purposes.
  • Ensure thorough and respectful communication with all Stellar customers, responding quickly to requests.
  • Follow company's processes and procedures to ensure sustainability and standardization.
  • Perform to KPI's established on a monthly basis
  • Helping with any other administrative duties

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Background Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification required.

Education:
  • Entry level position
  • 1-3 years' work experience

Experience and Skills
  • Ability to follow documented processes and procedures to assist the contracts team with day to day contract review
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve
  • A high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Accountability while being highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications
