How do I get into construction with no experience?

Entry level straight line construction jobs often do not require prior experience; instead, they focus on physical fitness, willingness to learn, and basic skills. Candidates can start by applying for apprenticeships or laborer positions, which provide on-the-job training and may require a high school diploma or equivalent. Certifications such as OSHA safety training can improve job prospects and safety awareness.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

Entry level straight line construction jobs typically do not pay $4,000 a week; however, experienced construction supervisors, specialized trades like pipefitters or electricians, or roles with overtime and high demand can reach or exceed that income level without a college degree. These jobs often require on-the-job training, certifications, or apprenticeships, and pay varies based on location, experience, and project complexity.

Entry level straight line construction jobs are often among the easiest to enter, as they typically require minimal experience and may provide on-the-job training.
