  • Work with field staff to keep our fleet DOT-compliant and road-legal.
  • Generate reports on service activity, parts usage, and work order status.
  • Communicate with mechanics, managers, and field employees to keep operations moving.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: Office, service, or clerical experience preferred. (Experience in automotive, construction equipment, or heavy equipment industries is a big plus!)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with service management or ERP systems is helpful.
  • Strengths: Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Team Player: Able to work collaboratively and take direction from managers.

WHY JOIN BAY CRANE?

  • Be part of a respected, growing company that leads the industry.
  • Gain valuable experience in the heavy equipment and crane services field.
  • Work with a supportive team that values safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement.
