TheTrainee Programis a six-month, entry level, full time, immersive employment opportunity where you will gain practical industry experience. A full-time, permanent position at the end of the program is based on performance and position availability.

Job Description

The SponsorshipConsultingteam provides sponsorship management and consulting services to clients across multiple industries, typically surrounding sports or entertainment. As a Trainee, you will be assigned to specific client accounts and will be involved with the entire account management process from creative planning to program execution. Through research, writing, and creative ideation, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the sports and entertainment sponsorship industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to program recommendations and recaps

  • Distribute and rout sponsorship assets for our clients

  • Write point-of-view documents on potential partnerships

  • Brainstorm concepts, platforms, and programs across all agency accounts

  • Research competitive activity, industry trends, property opportunities, and more

  • Prepare status reports for client meetings

  • Design and order branded giveaways/merchandise

  • Some travel (including weekends) may berequiredbased onaccountneeds

QUICK FACTS:

  • This role requires 3-4 days each week on location along with other days as needed. This role will be in the following location:Charlotte, NC

Additionalinformation

The hourly pay range for this position is ($19.23 perhour).The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidaysin accordance withdentsu policy, as well as safe and sicktime. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
