• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' issues and establish clinical diagnoses based on current best practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to each client's specific circumstances, goals, and preferences.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions to promote healing and growth.
• Respond to clients in crisis by providing immediate support and intervention, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain current with advancements in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population encompassing individuals facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic space will be crucial in helping clients navigate their journeys toward improved mental health. We particularly focus on fostering resilience and empowering clients to cope with life's hurdles actively.

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to build rapport with clients.
• A proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as a member of the therapeutic team.
• A steadfast commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in therapy.

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting is advantageous, although entry-level candidates may be considered.
