About the Role

You’re the day-to-day engine behind our social presence. You’ll support execution across our platforms, from scheduling and content coordination to community engagement and reporting, keeping every post on-brand and on-time. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and customer-facing teams to help bring our social strategy to life.


What You’ll Do:

• Working with the Social Media Manager, support execution of social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for ongoing content and campaign launches, aligned with marketing objectives and retailer initiatives. 

• Maintain and update the content calendar: scheduling, tagging, and organizing content decks for new launches and on-going core amplification. 

• Publish and post content based on the approved social media calendar.

• Support the Social Media Manager in boosting approved content.

• Partner with Social Media Manager to help coordinate content: visuals, captions, video, UGC, working with creators and internal teams.

• Assist with community management: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in our brand voice; monitor real-time conversations and audience engagement.

• Monitor trends and cultural moments to flag relevant opportunities, surfacing ideas for content the team can act on. 

• Assist the Social Media Manager in ad-hoc photoshoots.

• Support influencer, ambassador, and creator partnerships to help expand reach and authenticity.

• Pull and organize performance data to support reporting and content decisions.

• Assist with building strategy recaps and performance reports. 

• Support the team is creator list procurement and research

• Own Box file and asset organization, maintaining best-in-class practices, file naming, etc., ensuring folders and links are always up to date. 

• Maintain the in-office PR closet, both in stocking, placing orders to support, and consistent organization

• Work cross-functionally to help keep tone and messaging consistent across teams.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of social media, marketing, or related experience. Beauty industry a plus.

• Passion for social media and content creation with an interest in the beauty space

• Experience supporting the coordination of social media content.

• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable creating and being in content on short notice.
