Primary Purpose
Under moderate supervision provide routine clerical support for the efficient operation of the District's Business Office. Maintain current and accurate confidential employee records.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Records, Reports, and Correspondence
  1. Provide general clerical support including word processing, data entry, filing, and file maintenance.
  2. Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents as required.

Reception and Phones
  1. Receive incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.
  2. Assist Business Office Staff with scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  3. Assist Business Office as needed.

Other
  1. Receive, distribute, and ensure security and confidentiality of employee materials.
  2. Maintains confidentiality.
  3. Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  4. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Duties
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the accounting system.
