Pay: $100,000- $120,000 Annually DIRECT HIRE POSITION with Beneifts POSITION OVERVIEW Seeking a Accountant, SEC Reporting position serves a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of external financial information. Primary responsibilities include the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements and other required filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as reporting requirements for regulatory or compliance purposes, including those under the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The position also works closely with the Investor Relations department to support the preparation of earnings releases, Corporate presentations and other material presented to securities analysts, investors and industry groups.
