Pricing & Sales Operations Coordinator
Master Meter is a leading manufacturer of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) products (water meters) for the water utility industry. For over 40 years Master Meter has provided water utilities with the products and services required to maximize revenue, optimize operations, and deliver world class customer support.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mansfield, TX. Standard work hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.

Position Summary
The Pricing & Sales Operations Coordinator supports pricing administration, quote accuracy, sales operations processes, and Salesforce/CRM data maintenance. This role works with Regional Sales Managers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to help maintain accurate pricing tools, improve sales processes, and support timely completion of sales operations tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Respond to Regional Sales Manager and Distributor inquiries regarding pricing, quotes, price sheets, and related sales operations information.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate quotes to support timely and accurate completion according to established procedures.
  • Maintain and update pricing documents, price sheets, related sales operations records, and Salesforce/CRM data.
  • Support pricing analysis by comparing cost, resale pricing, margin, competitor information, and market dynamics using approved data sources and tools.
  • Provide input on pricing strategy and process improvements based on available data and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and other internal teams to support pricing processes and sales operations initiatives.
  • Review sales operations workflows, identify opportunities for improved efficiency, and assist with implementing approved process changes.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks, including reporting, data validation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Support Salesforce/CRM optimization efforts by helping maintain accurate records, documenting process needs, and assisting with testing or configuration support as assigned.
  • Handle confidential business information appropriately and in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools to enter, organize, calculate, and analyze data.
  • Ability to perform basic pricing, margin, and cost calculations accurately.
  • Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, distributors, and other business contacts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office or business environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of business, pricing, customer, and employee information.
  • Experience using a CRM, ERP, quoting, or sales operations system, or ability to learn company systems with training.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, data analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in pricing, sales operations, quote administration, distributor support, customer service, or related administrative support.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Experience reviewing pricing, margin, or market data to support business decisions.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filtering, sorting, and data validation.

  • Detail-oriented approach to data entry, calculations, quote review, and document maintenance.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes and recommend improvements when appropriate.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a business office environment.
