At Vivax Pros, our sales coordinators are part of the second step in helping our customers make their home improvement vision a reality. Sales Coordinators work with homeowners through making inbound and outbound calls, identifying the customerโ€™s needs, and ensuring that the Vivax Pros commitment aligns with their expectations in order to schedule an appointment for our sales closing team to meet with the homeowner.

Compensation: Base Pay + Bonuses, expect to earn $53,000 - $65,000 your first year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads in our database and turn them into appointments for the sales team
  • Be able to use strong communication skills, and problem solving to overcome objections
  • Provide excellent customer service by educating homeowners about Vivax processes, products, and benefits as compared to other painting companies
  • Meet and exceed weekly benchmarks/goals and drive metrics
