At Vivax Pros, our sales coordinators are part of the second step in helping our customers make their home improvement vision a reality. Sales Coordinators work with homeowners through making inbound and outbound calls, identifying the customer's needs, and ensuring that the Vivax Pros commitment aligns with their expectations in order to schedule an appointment for our sales closing team to meet with the homeowner.
Compensation: Base Pay + Bonuses, expect to earn $53,000 - $65,000 your first year
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads in our database and turn them into appointments for the sales team
  • Be able to use strong communication skills, and problem solving to overcome objections
  • Provide excellent customer service by educating homeowners about Vivax processes, products, and benefits as compared to other painting companies
  • Meet and exceed weekly benchmarks/goals and drive metrics
