Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. QCD associates also help run a national non-profit, the GSF Foundation.

Warehouse Supervisor - Charlotte
In This Role, You'll:
  • Lead warehouse operations across two shifts, overseeing associates in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining food safety and quality standards
  • Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processes
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with your team, set expectations and keeping operations aligned
  • Track KPIs, complete reports (logs, timecards, damage, productivity), and act based on the data
  • Plan labor and equipment needs to meet dynamic operational demands
  • Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring:
  • 3-6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision
  • AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted ), forklift instructor certification a plus
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeepin g )
  • Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency

The Schedule & Setting:
  • Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouse
  • Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service
  • The schedule is 7am - 5:30pm or until done
