Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. QCD associates also help run a national non-profit, the GSF Foundation.

Warehouse Auditor –  Romeoville, IL

What You’ll Do:  

You’ll be the go-to for keeping our inventory accurate, organized, and ready to move. From cycle counts to reconciling variances, you’ll make sure what’s on the shelves matches what’s on the books. You’ll track down discrepancies, dig into root causes, and help keep products flowing smoothly through the supply chain. Accuracy here isn’t just numbers on a spreadsheet – it’s how we meet customer expectations and keep operations running strong.

In This Role You’ll: 

  • Spend most of your shift on the warehouse floor in multi-temp environments
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Enter and validate data in inventory systems: track, review, and report inventory variances
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Use systems and tools to track and reconcile inventory
  • Communicate inventory concerns clearly and promptly to leadership 

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related role
  • Solid math and data entry skills, along with strong organization and problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership
  • Confidence using Excel or other inventory tracking tools
  • Comfort lifting to 75 pounds and working in chilled, dry, or frozen zones

The Schedule & Setting:  

  • Full-time | Monday - Friday 5:30AM Start
  • Must be available for holidays and overtime
  • Temperature-controlled warehouse setting

Pay & Benefits:  

  • $20.00 / Hour
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
