Customer Service Representative

The Town of Mansfield is currently seeking applications for the position of Customer Service Representative (part-time). This position is scheduled to work 8-20 hours a week. Hours may range between 5:15 a.m. and 8:45 p.m. Rotational weekend shift required. The hourly rate is $18.49-$19.61. This position is part-time and not eligible for benefits.

The Town is seeking individuals who have at least a high school degree and an interest in working with the public.

Performs various entry level customer service and clerical duties for the Parks and Recreation Department and Community Center. Duties include program and membership registration, filing, account and record keeping, information processing and scheduling. The position is also responsible for communicating information on memberships, program activities, general facility and parks and recreation information, and providing facility tours. The work requires that the employee possess good knowledge, skill and ability in receptionist and customer service techniques and practices. Applicants must be customer focused.
