The Role

The AI Enablement Coordinator works with operations and accounting to build working AI-based solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Problem Identification
  • AI Tool Prototyping and Build-Out
  • Workflow Documentation and Handoff
  • User Training and Adoption Support

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduate or early-career candidate with hands-on AI project experience (coursework, internship, or personal projects)
  • Portfolio or work sample required with application
  • Working knowledge of at least one of: light scripting (Python/JavaScript), workflow automation tools, or AI/no-code builders
  • Strong communication skills. Able to explain technical work to non-technical teammates
  • Self-directed, comfortable with open-ended problems

Compensation: Based on experience.
