Investment Analysts at Initio Capital play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting strategic deals, and monitoring portfolio performance. These roles involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, including investment, finance, operations, and senior leadership, and contribute directly to strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
Evaluate potential acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain financial, valuation, and operating models
Support due diligence across financial, operational, customer, and technology areas
Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and market mapping
Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
Assist with transaction structuring, post-investment planning, and portfolio monitoring
Track the deal pipeline and support deal execution
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Understanding of accounting, valuation, and corporate strategy concepts
Experience in investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, FP&A, or venture capital preferred but not required
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
