This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a strong connection with your clients. You will utilize secure telehealth platforms designed for professional mental health services, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for clients. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health issues, and develop effective treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities customized to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Commit to professional development through ongoing training and participation in workshops to stay abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

The clients you will serve in this role come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is necessary.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are key to building trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a cohesive remote team.
• A strong commitment to adhering to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is beneficial but not mandated for entry-level applicants.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the attractive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off, and holiday pay.
