This position will operate primarily in a remote setting, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate your clients’ needs. The outpatient nature of our practice allows for a diverse caseload, where you can engage in meaningful interactions with clients and utilize telehealth technologies to enhance service delivery.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, creating personalized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing recognized evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and emotional support during critical situations.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans and progress reports.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, appropriate treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs whenever necessary.
• Engage in professional development by staying abreast of emerging best practices and participating in workshops and training sessions.

Our client base encompasses a wide range of individuals, from children and adolescents to adults dealing with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a pivotal role in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, creating a therapeutic alliance that fosters healing and engagement in their mental health journey.

• Must possess a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities to effectively evaluate client needs.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical or counseling setting.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

• Experience delivering therapy within a clinical setting is preferred, though entry-level candidates with relevant educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
