Position Overview
TechStaffers is partnering with a high-growth, mission-driven legal technology startup dedicated to democratizing access to high-skilled immigration. By leveraging a proprietary AI-powered platform, they are streamlining the complex visa process to help world-class talent build their future in the United States.
They are currently looking for a meticulous, writing-heavy specialist to join their team and bridge the gap between traditional legal expertise and cutting-edge automation.
Key Responsibilities
As a core member of the Legal Operations team, you will manage high-volume, writing-intensive visa cases while helping optimize a tech-led legal service.
  • Case Preparation: Prepare and draft complex, employment-based visa petitions (primarily O-1 and EB-1) using a proprietary AI platform.
  • End-to-End Management: Own the petition process from initial document organization to ensuring the final 300-1,500 page submission is perfectly assembled.
  • Quality Control: Act as a subject matter expert and copy editor, conducting rigorous quality checks to ensure all documents are flawless before attorney review.
  • Product Collaboration: Interface with product and engineering teams to identify platform issues and propose tech-driven solutions to improve efficiency and document automation.
