Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and collaborate with clients on individualized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies to ensure client safety and stability.

Qualifications
