Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, effectively using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other techniques suited for specific conditions.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide remote counseling options for clients who may have mobility issues or who prefer virtual engagement.
  • Document progress notes and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in your reports.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic modalities and clinical practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid and active license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
