• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing cutting-edge solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches to facilitate client growth and healing.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in peer review meetings and case consultations regularly to continuously improve the quality of care delivered to clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health practices to ensure the integration of effective, evidence-based care strategies into your work.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from varied socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly solution-focused interventions, to create effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, enabling effective navigation of complex client situations.
