As a Remote Licensed Insurance Account Representative, youll support customers with everyday insurance needs and play a key role in helping the agency reach its goals. Must have a Property and Casualty insurance license. State Farm experience is required.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide friendly, professional service to customers by phone, email, and in-office
  • Process policy changes, billing questions, and general service requests
  • Assist customers through claims with clarity and care
  • Identify customer needs and recommend additional coverage options
  • Support agency sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and proactive outreach
  • Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm procedures
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic, team-focused office environment


COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES:

  • Base Salary plus Commission/Bonus

    Expected Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (includes base plus commission/bonus)
