Job description

We're hiring skilled 10key data entry operators to help process digital claim images with speed and accuracy. You'll work directly from onscreen claim snapshots, confirming systemcaptured fields and quickly correcting any numeric or highlighted errors. The workflow is fast, guided, and ideal for candidates who excel in highvolume numeric entry

Required Testing

If your background includes the preferred 1 year of data entry experience, we may reach out to schedule a brief screening call and provide instructions to complete the required 10key test.

WORKSITE: 820 Stillwater Road, West Sacramento, CA

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

COMPENSATION: $19.00 per hour


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Enter claim data with speed and precision

  • Maintain 9,000 keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy

  • Meet daily and weekly production KPIs

  • Review and correct data deficiencies

  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance

  • Protect confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Complete tasks within established deadlines

  • Maintain reliable attendance per company

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of data entry experience preferred

  • Ability to key a minimum of 9,000 KPH at 99% accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and selfmotivation

  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced production environment
