About the Opportunity
As an Entry-Level Remote Associate, you'll connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. You'll help clients understand available benefit options, answer questions, and provide a positive, professional experience from the initial conversation through the enrollment process.
You'll receive structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and continuous support while developing valuable skills in communication, customer service, and consultative sales.
What You'll Do
  • Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using secure online meeting platforms
  • Listen to client needs and provide professional guidance on available benefit options
  • Build trust through exceptional customer service and clear communication
  • Assist clients through the enrollment process with accuracy and care
  • Maintain organized client records using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
  • Collaborate with mentors and leadership while working toward performance goals
  • Continue building your communication, relationship management, and remote work skills
