Location Requirement:

This position is based in Rochester, NY, and requires daily, in-person participation. Applicants must be local or within commuting distance. Remote work and relocation are not available.

What you step into:
A role thatโ€™s centered around people, movement, and execution. As a Marketing Event Coordinator, youโ€™ll be helping bring live campaigns and events together โ€” making sure everything runs smoothly while creating a strong, engaging presence for the brands we represent.
What your week could look like:
You might start by prepping for an upcoming event, coordinating with your team, then jump into a live campaign where youโ€™re interacting with customers, supporting setup, and helping drive engagement. Itโ€™s hands-on, fast-paced, and built around learning in real time.
Where you come in:

What youโ€™ll be responsible for

  • Assisting with setup and execution of live marketing events
  • Engaging with customers during campaigns
  • Supporting team coordination and daily logistics
  • Representing client brands in a professional, approachable way
  • Contributing to campaign goals and performance tracking

What youโ€™ll walk away with

  • Real experience coordinating live campaigns
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ongoing training and mentorship
  • A path to grow into leadership or management roles
