El Paso Bin brothers is growing! We are a Waste & Recycling bin cleaning company focused on providing reliable, cost-effective waste bin cleanliness to residential customers.

We are hiring Entry-Level Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base by introducing homeowners to convenient, dependable trash service options.

This is a field-based, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are motivated by uncapped income, independence, and daily results.

What You'll Do
  • Canvass residential neighborhoods and knock doors daily
  • Speak with homeowners and introduce waste bin cleaning services
  • Generate new customers and close service sign-ups on the spot
  • Track daily activity (doors, conversations, conversions)
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline through follow-ups and referrals
