Job description

We are an independent agency focused on life, health, and wealth solutions, and we’re expanding nationwide. Our mission is to help families protect their financial future — and to help new agents build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

We are looking for motivated entry‐level sales agents who want to start earning through personal sales, with the opportunity to grow into recruiting and building a team as they gain experience.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

Start With Personal Sales

  • Work warm leads through our proven lead system — no cold calling un‐interested prospects
  • Contact potential clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable life insurance solutions
  • Guide clients through the application process and maintain communication
  • Build long‐term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business

Grow Into Leadership (Optional)

As you gain confidence and experience:

  • Recruit new agents who want to enter the industry
  • Help train and support your team
  • Earn override income on your team’s production (This is optional — you can focus on sales only or grow into leadership at your own pace.)

Compensation

This is a 1099 commission‐only opportunity.

  • Average commission per sale: ~$500
  • Bonuses and incentives available
  • Override income available once you begin recruiting
  • No income caps — your earnings grow with your effort

Your income is based on your activity, consistency, and willingness to learn.

  • Comfortable talking with people
  • Interested in sales and helping families
  • Open to learning how to build a business
  •

A life insurance license is preferred, but we can guide you through the licensing process if you’re new.

  • A supportive, positive team culture
  • A simple, proven system for new agents
  • The freedom to work from home and set your own schedule
  • A clear path to business ownership and team building
  • The ability to create long‐term financial stability

Benefits include:

  • Sales‐based incentives
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Leadership development
  • 100% remote work environment
