Machine Operator – Medical Device

Location: Monument, CO

About the Role

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Packagers / Machine Operators to join a renowned medical device manufacturing company in Monument, CO. In this role, you will operate production and packaging equipment to create high-quality medical nails and screws used in life-improving procedures. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to develop long-term skills and grow within the medical device industry.


Shifts & Pay

  • 1st shift: start between 5:15 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.; end between 1:45 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. ($17/hr)
  • 2nd shift: start between 1:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.; end between 9:45 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. ($17/hr +10% shift differential)
  • 3rd shift: start between 9:15 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; end between 5:45 a.m. – 6:30 a.m. ($17/hr + 15% shift differential)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing machines used in the production of medical nails and screws
  • Load metal rods into machinery; perform lifting, bending, and standing tasks
  • Package finished medical devices within an ISO 8/9 cleanroom
  • Operate packaging and labeling equipment
