No extensive experience is required. We provide hands-on training, cross-training opportunities, and a supportive environment where you can build a long-term career.


This role offers exposure to multiple areas of warehouse and logistics operations, including material handling, equipment operation, and local transportation.


What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work closely with our team to support daily warehouse operations while learning valuable skills across multiple functions.


Key Responsibilities

Perform warehouse bulk pulls and assist with supporting accurate inventory.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Complete a variety of warehouse, administrative, and operational tasks.

Support receiving, staging, storage, and distribution activities.

Learn to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided).

Assist with labeling, packaging, organizing, and preparing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Provide occasional support for packaging and kitting operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.


Work hour(s):

6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday


Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Performance Reviews: Compensation is reviewed after your first 90 days and annually thereafter. Opportunities for pay increases are based on performance and contribution.

Overtime Pay: Paid at applicable overtime rates for hours worked over 40 per week. Occasional weekend overtime may be available.

PTO): Start earning PTO from day one. Employees receive 2 weeks of PTO in their first year, with opportunities to increase accrual up to 4 weeks annually based on tenure.
