What You’ll Do:

As our Traveling Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic and an essential part of daily operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking in examinees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
  • Preparing charts and paperwork for appointments
  • Escorting examinees to exam rooms
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized lobby area
  • Assisting physicians and clinic staff as needed
  • Monitoring workflows and ensuring appointments stay on schedule
  • Supporting the Clinic Director with administrative tasks
  • Participating in training and learning opportunities

Please note: No two days are exactly the same — this role offers variety, movement, and real responsibility however you will be provided a work schedule 6 weeks in advance for planning.

What we are looking for:

  • Must hold a valid state Driver’s License and be able to perform day travel as required with reliable transportation.
  • Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detailed – oriented and great time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused in a busy work environment.
