What is an entry level real estate?

An entry-level real estate job typically involves assisting buyers, sellers, or renters in property transactions while gaining industry experience. Common roles include real estate agents, leasing consultants, or administrative assistants at brokerages. Responsibilities may include client communication, market research, property showings, and paperwork assistance. Many positions require a real estate license, which involves coursework and passing a state exam. This role is ideal for those looking to build a career in real estate through hands-on learning and mentorship.

What are common responsibilities for someone starting out in an entry level real estate position?

In an entry level real estate role, you can expect to assist with property showings, schedule appointments, perform market research, and help prepare paperwork for listings and transactions. Youโ€™ll often support seasoned agents in both administrative and client-facing capacities, which can include managing online listings, answering client inquiries, and coordinating open houses. This practical exposure will deepen your understanding of the real estate transaction process and help you build valuable professional relationships.
