  • No prior commercial real estate experience required—just a strong work ethic and coachability.
  • AI-powered tools that eliminate busy work so you spend more time prospecting, advising clients, and closing deals.
  • Clear career path to top producer, market leader, or executive.
  • Specialize in the asset class that fits you: multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, land, and more.
  • National platform with access to buyers, sellers, and deal flow across every major market.

  • Coachable, self-motivated, and driven—backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community involvement are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Real estate license in the state where you will work preferred but not required to interview—in-process or active license is a plus.

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions.
