As part of your responsibilities as a real estate lawyer, you advise clients on legal risk with real estate documentation, interpret rulings, regulations, and laws for real estate transactions, and negotiate and draft real estate transactions. Your other duties are to mediate disputes between clients, review contracts, assist with closing activities, ensure that the necessary approvals are all in place before executing real estate transactions, and manage compliance and regulatory related services.

What does an Entry Level Real Estate Attorney do?

An Entry Level Real Estate Attorney assists clients with legal matters related to real estate transactions, such as reviewing and drafting contracts, conducting title searches, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They often work under the supervision of more experienced attorneys and may represent clients in negotiations or at closings. This role involves learning the intricacies of real estate law and developing practical skills for handling property purchases, sales, leases, and disputes.
